Rimrock Podiatry has been an independent, locally owned practice since 1988. Though we are part of the IHC referral network, we are not a corporate group. We answer to our patients, not to shareholders, and that has shaped every decision we've made for nearly four decades.
Our team has chosen Billings on purpose. We live here. Our kids go to school here. Our patients are our neighbors. The reason Rimrock has stayed independent for 35+ years is the same reason most of our team chose to be here: this is home, and the people who walk through our door deserve care from a practice that's part of their community, not a name on a corporate org chart.

Rimrock is a proud supporter of Billings athletic programs. We back the teams that give kids in our community somewhere to compete, grow, and represent the place we all call home. If we're not supporting your team yet, stop by the office. We genuinely enjoy supporting local teams.

If a person or place we value asks us to help, we try to. That has looked different over the years. Here's where you'll most often find our name.
- Local high school athletics
Sponsoring teams, programs, and the kids playing them. When our doctors' families go to the same games, it isn't just sponsorship. It's showing up.
- Youth sports programs
From little leagues to club teams, we back the programs that give kids in Billings somewhere to play, learn, and get hurt safely (and we'll patch them up when they do).
- Community causes our team cares about
We don't have a flashy giving program with a brochure. We help when it makes sense, when we know the person asking, and when the cause aligns with our values.
